Although we arrived very late (almost midnight) we were met by the friendliest welcome. The guy on reception understood that we'd be tired after a day of travelling (and the late hour) so didn't waste any time checking us in and giving us the information re breakfast etc which allowed us to go to bed as quickly as possible. His greeting as we came down to breakfast the next morning was also so friendly - and we really appreciated his ability to speak great English (thank you 😊). The room was good and the bed was really comfortable. Would definitely recommend if you're coming to Sivas. About 5 mins taxi from both the train and bus stations (we arrived by train and left by bus).

We were very sorry not to be staying longer. The staff were professional pleasant and thoughtful. The room spacious and comfortable. It is a short walk along interesting street to the centre and historic buildings. Our best hotel experience after 3 weeks in Turkiye

Very well designed and maintained. Relatively close to the intercity bus station. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Although a small hotel, I think it should have 5 stars. The staff were very friendly, breakfast was beyond expectations and quality. The room was magnificent and very clean, and warm. We were coming from Ankara and not planning to stay in Sivas, but we were late and preferred to stay in whatever place for a night. We open the app and select the only room available without knowing that we will have a good experience. Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness.
