Extremely Disappointing Stay
This was easily one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced. Apart from the location, there is nothing positive about this property. Misleading Room Information: While booking through Agoda, I was asked to choose between a queen-size bed or twin beds for a Deluxe AC room. However, after check-in, the property manager informed me that they do not have queen-size beds in any room. As a result, I was forced to accept a twin-bed room. This is clearly misleading information on the booking platform. No Proper Hot Water Facility: There was no direct hot water supply in the bathroom. There was no geyser or water heater, and the bathroom itself was unclean. Hot water was provided only in a bucket and only upon request, which is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to offer AC rooms. Poor Bathroom Hygiene: The bathroom lacked basic toiletries. Only one small Medimix soap was provided. The towel was clearly unwashed and had visible stains on it. Even the blankets were stained and unhygienic. Unreasonable and Restrictive Policies: The property does not allow unmarried couples to stay together. I had booked the room for two, and my adult female friend visited me solely to help prepare a presentation for 2..3…hours. Despite my willingness to keep the door wide open at all times, the staff did not allow her to stay. Even though I had booked an AC room, we were forced to work in a non-AC restaurant instead. Final Verdict: Except for the location, everything about this hotel was disappointing. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property.
