the Altira Hotel

I booked & paid money for two days. The hotel was so horrible that I stayed only for one day and had to forego the money for one day, as the hotel did not return the money.

We (husband wife) spent a night with our six yrs old daughter. Owner himself parked our car. Staff and hospitality services were top notch. Clean and dry room. Cleanliness is maintained in overall property. They provided complimentary breakfast to our daughter though we didn't opt for it during booking. They entertained our kid putting out the tortoise out of the water. Food was expensive but excellent, both in taste and quantity.

It is a no fuss property just outside the Tata Motors colony. The USP being that there is no such comparable hotel so close to Tata Motors colony. The rooms are modestly sized (the one in which we stayed) and some refurbishment is certainly needed but the staff manage to keep the rooms clean and hospitable. There is limited space for parking inside the campus - just for 3-4 cars. Better and more professional hospitality management would take it up a notch or two.

Overall it was good. found the room to be clean and cozy. but rooms are not that big. Breakfast was complementary, staffs were cooperative.

Beware of Police checking at night. Apart from that everything was good.
