We appreciated a few things about the unit: -Host was responsive and easy to communicate with. -Check-in and check-out instructions were clear. -The place is spacious and suitable for larger groups. -Toilets were decent and stocked with basic essentials. We thought it was about time the bidet and shower heads should be replaced. -location is really near Mid Valley Southkey However, there were also some areas that could be improved: - The unit was dusty and had a musty smell, which triggered allergic reactions among some guests. -Floors felt sticky. -Towels had an unpleasant odour. -The 4th bedroom which was a tiny en-suite shouldn’t really be listed as a proper bedroom. -The air-conditioning did not work well, which made the stay uncomfortable. -The bed sheets and pillow cases did not feel clean. The covers on the sofas were also questionable. -Carpet and curtains had stains. Overall, while the space and host communication were good, the cleanliness and maintenance issues significantly affected our experience. Given a choice, we would have chosen a different place but we were there for just one night. So, we made do with it. The price was on the cheaper range so we got what we paid for.

The beds are sunken, pillows are lumpy, aircon has sound when turned on, sofa arms (cloth are torn), sofa broke when I sat on it, wall in master bedroom has a hole. At *** per night, you would need to reconsider for families. Crockeries, plates and cutleries looks very old. It’s not 4 bedroom as the 4th room is actually a mini room with no windows. Owner should not use “spectacular” in its title.

some improvement needed. 1) common toilet has faulty heater which would make loud noises 2) its a 3 room apartment, the maid room shouldnt count as the 4th room 3) floor was abit sticky, not sure if its due to floor detergeant 4) sofa need some cleaning host communication was prompt and helpful

I was expecting the unit to look like the photos but it's not. So please don't expect . The fabric on the sofa arm rest was torn. One of the hairdryers only has cold air. Shower head in the common bathroom leaks....as the screw will loosen while showering. Need to keep tightening it. We had 7 pax staying for one night but two rolls of toilet paper was provided. We had to buy extra from 7-11. While shower gel and shampoo were provided, I would recommend bringing your own. It's not exactly four bedrooms cos the fourth room is a tiny room at the washing machine area with a single bed, no window and jus a ceiling fan. But .... Here's the plus points, space is huge! Floor is squeeky clean. The three rooms can fit up to 10pax and there's extra mattresses in the room. Mahjong table available. Can login to Netflix. Host is prompt in providing instructions and sent reminders as well. Check in was a breeze. Easy to grab car and even grab food. Will I go back again? Maybe ....if I have a big group and not staying more than 2nights.

The surrounding is peaceful. Within short driving distance to Taman Sentosa and KSL area. The security is tight which let us feels safe. The place is quite clean. But master bathroom are having ants climbing at the basin. The common bathroom rain shower is not working. There are no floor mat to absorb water in both bathrooms, so the floor become very wet after shower.
