• Any construction or maintenance work that may cause noise should be scheduled outside of quiet hours whenever possible.

• All residents are responsible for ensuring that their guests also adhere to the quiet hours rule.

• Residents and their guests must refrain from smoking inside the homestay unit as well, including balconies or patios that may be attached to the unit.

• Residents should keep their voices down, avoid slamming doors, and refrain from engaging in any activities that may create excessive noise during quiet hours.

• Violations of the no smoking rule may result in warnings, fines, or other appropriate actions as determined by the homestay management.

• Smoking is not allowed in any of the common areas, including but not limited to lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, pool areas, gym, or any other shared spaces.

• If you are hosting a gathering or event in your homestay during non-quiet hours, please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise levels at a reasonable level.

• Repeated violations of the quiet hours rule may result in warnings, fines, or other appropriate actions as determined by the homestay management.

• A fine of RM500 will be imposed for each instance of smoking violation.

• Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes or vaping devices, is strictly prohibited in all indoor and outdoor common areas of the condominium homestay.

• To ensure a peaceful, healthy, and enjoyable living environment for all residents in the condominium homestay, the following house rules are in effect:

• During quiet hours, residents must refrain from any loud noise that may disrupt the peace and quiet of other residents, including but not limited to loud music, TV, conversations, or other noisy activities.

• Residents who have concerns about noise disturbances during quiet hours should contact the homestay management or security personnel for assistance.

• Cigarette butts and other smoking-related waste must be properly disposed of in designated receptacles and not littered on the property.

• Properly designated smoking areas, if available, should be used by residents or guests who wish to smoke, following all applicable local laws and regulations.

• Residents are responsible for ensuring that their guests comply with the no smoking rule.

• By following these combined house rules of quiet hours and no smoking, we can create a peaceful, respectful, and healthy living environment for all residents in the condominium homestay. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our community clean, quiet, and smoke-free.
