When we reach to hotel at night 10pm and confirm for benefits provided in booking like water bottle, breakfast not available, when we tried to confirm with them, they said you can leave we dont have room available you can leave, we have insist them and stay there because we have no option at that time, as we were new at that city, and when we entered in a room bed was not properly cleaned might have there was some couple before us so all the lonh hair of lady and when we tried to take blanket we noticed there was some spot of the things which i cannot mention here, we asked for another blanket, they provided after one and half hour, by 12 o clock we insist them we are very tired and want to sleep, when we showed them blanket spot they were laughing like a stupid people, we have not recieved single benefit, this the worst service we have faced, I am updating this review in future no one should get this type of worst service and it is not at all safe for family, staff is very rude not a single sign of cleanliness.

Worst Hotel Stay Ever – Avoid at All Costs This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was filthy and smelled horrible. The bathroom stank like a public toilet and was completely unhygienic. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and didn’t care at all when we complained. No action was taken, and we were forced to stay in disgusting conditions. This place is badly maintained, overpriced, and totally unfit for guests. Don’t waste your money or ruin your trip by staying here.

I dont have words to state the condition of the room. Review the images you'll get to know the condition that I couldn't even stayed for an hour there. Even though I paid ₹300 extra for 1.5 hour early check-in.

The worst I have ever seen.
I actually lost my money on this place. When I reached the place and had a look at the room, it was immediate no for me. The place was smelly, shabby and totally covered in dust. I came out and didn't go back.

Owner give our Room to another member and give me very dirty and without any cleanliness rooms. I called to them we are coming still they give our rooms to another member.
