First of all its not german ist Chinese,then its expensive for a tent,then they make u pay 180baht for fan when ask,and again 180 to give u a tiny tiny blanket that so fin that is not even warm u up.Chinese so stingy. Staff cant speak a word of English but they nice.the night time u have people people talking untill 1,2am,and the banging music from outside until 3 ,4 am. Dont spend ut money on this place really dont. U alreay pay almost 2000 baht for a tent and still have to give extra for a duvet which the should provide knowing that its cold at night there.but the chinese again prefer to make u pay never going back 😡

First of all, the price is good comparing with other places around Khaoyai. And it's quite peaceful. They have big enough space and not too much rooms/tents so it doesn't feel packed. If you want best view, choose the room type, you'll see the hill from terrace. I stayed in the AC tent, not very well maintained to be honest but acceptable. Also smell cat pee around our tent but I started to get used to it after couple of hours, also the cat was very cute lol.

Arriving at the hotel around 1:45 PM, we found the staff unprepared for our check-in. The most immediate issue was a complete lack of English proficiency, making communication extremely difficult. It took a long time to understand the reason for our check-in delay, which was eventually revealed to be a missing booking confirmation. The staff spent an excessive amount of time reviewing my confirmation emails and receipts without providing any clear explanation or reassurance about the problem. This failure to communicate was, frankly, the most irritating part of the process. Finally, after receiving a reply from their Head Office, they assigned us a random room. Despite my specific request for a room with a good view, we were given a room on the far left with no view whatsoever. The room itself was severely lacking. No toiletries were provided (at that point, I chose not to ask to avoid further disappointment). Most concerningly, the pillows appeared to have molds or some type of unhygienic staining (see the attached picture). I had deliberately booked a higher-priced room at *** specifically seeking a well-facilitated stay with a "camping vibe and nature" feel. The combination of poor customer service, frustrating communication barriers, and an unhygienic room completely ruined this expectation. My first night in Khao Yai was unfortunately ruined. Thank goodness I had only booked for one night. Breakfast the next morning was acceptable, and the staff seemed slightly more friendly, though they still could not communicate in English.

worst experience and very deceptive. I never recommend it to anyone. Filthy place, deceptive information and unfriendly staff. STRONGLY unrecommended. As a local, I feel ripped off and ashamed to host my friends here.

The staff are friendly, I admit the facilities are very lacking, such as the bathroom, there's only one air shower, and the floor is dirty, but since this is a camping atmosphere, I don't mind because it's camping. I'm comfortable here even though the electricity was out for a day😆, but I'm okay because of the atmosphere and the friendly people❤️. The weather is cold, the wifi is fast, I miss coming here again😭. LOVE 🇹🇭😘
