We had a really great stay! The owner and the caretaker were both very kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to. They made sure we had everything we needed and were very accommodating throughout our stay. The place itself was super clean, neat, and well-maintained. Everything was already provided, which made our trip so much more convenient. It was definitely worth the price, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Facilities are not maintained
This is the second time that our team has booked this hotel since this is near our plant. Unfortunately, the second visit did not live up to our first visit due to some observations: Pros: - With provided towels, liquid hand soap and drinking water - Appliances are generally functioning properly Cons: - Inadequate ventilation at the living room area. Since there are no installed screens, windows are enclosed resulting to super hot environment at the living room and kitchen area. There are also two fans provided in the entire house, hence we have to relocate the fans when we are staying at the ground floor area. - ACUs installed at the rooms are not enough to make the room cold. One ACU was also noted to be loud and noisy, making it difficult to sleep at night - Several ants are noted in the kitchen near the waste containers. - No double lock at the front door. Although the neighborhood is quiet and the area is near the security guard, it is still recommended to add a double layer of security. - Floors at the bathroom area is not self draining. It will take a while before the water will be removed. I hope the management can address this, since the neighborhood is quiet, and the location is near other establishments.

Fantastic stay!
Our recent stay at this property was fantastic! The location was perfect for shopping and the facilities were exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of the property was top-notch, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. Additionally, the room size was spacious and parking was convenient. Overall, we highly recommend this property for its value for money and would definitely stay here again!
