We had a lovely stay. The staff was great, excellent food. Location is convenient - most places of interest are within 5 to 10 kms from the hotel.

My stay at the hotel was very pleasant, rooms very clean and spacious and the breakfast buffet was too good, would love to stay here again.

The good is nice and good. The lobby is not extremely big but can be doable. Staff Aparna amazing person. I would suggest all the people to go and meet apar at let her know what you want and I am sure she will help you. The rooms are clean and nice. And linen is also very good.

We had a enjoyable stay. The Novotel staff were friendly and caring. Tours and Safaries arranged by Himmat Singh Bhati efficiently and his team took good care of us during the jeep rides. The Jawai Dam Leopard Safari arranged by Himmat Singh was more than what we expected, we sighted a leopard that showed up on rock and thereafter were treated to a splendid dinner in a unique styled resort.

Positive Aspects: Special appreciation to Tabassum at the front desk during check-in. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and courteous approach were exemplary. The security personnel were consistently helpful and maintained a welcoming demeanor throughout our stay. The premises were clean and well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable experience. The property’s proximity to the airport is a significant advantage for travelers. ________________________________________ Areas for Improvement: 1. There appears to be a preference for government officials and guests hosting events, which impacted our experience. 2. The dining experience was below expectations. As a pure vegetarian and eggless establishment, we anticipated a diverse menu featuring authentic Rajasthani vegetarian cuisine; however, this was not provided. Every day it was the same food options, though their à la carte menu had variety. 3. Despite including breakfast and one major meal in our package, the offerings lacked variety and were repetitive, giving the impression of complimentary meals rather than a paid service. 4. Waiters require additional training. Basic table settings were often missing, and we frequently had to request essentials such as water, cutlery, and other items. 5. On one evening, a birthday party was hosted in the main dining area, making it extremely crowded. Unfortunately, no arrangements were made to accommodate guests staying at the property who had come for dinner, which caused significant inconvenience. During the same event, wine and cocktails were served in the dining area. For a better guest experience, such service should ideally be restricted to the bar area. We were dining with our child, and the strong smell of alcohol made it uncomfortable for us to enjoy our meal. At almost every breakfast and dinner service, we had to request basic items such as spoons and forks, Napkin etc, which should have been readily available on the tables. I am a Hyatt member, but since there is no Hyatt property in Jodhpur, we opted for Novotel. We stayed in ITC properties (ITC member as well). Our previous experience at Novotel Kochi was excellent, plus the close proximity to the airport influenced our decision to book here. The property, food, and service made us feel like we were in a 3-star property. However, after this stay in Jodhpur, we decided not to choose Novotel again. Other hotels truly understand and deliver on the meaning of customer service and this Novotel property failed to live up to the expectation.
