And one more thing to bare in mind, the noise from the traffic and bikers that are chilling near by. My stay was on the weekends so there’s a good number of people chilling near the beach parking spaces & bikes/ cars with their loud noises travelling the road near by. You could hear them almost every 10-15 minutes up until around 0400H in the morning. The only good thing about all the loud ambient noise was that we could have a good karaoke session with the whole family outdoors by the pool late into the night without any complaints. Well you know what they say, got to make use of what situation you are in to the best of your advantage .

Huge villa accommodating 19 of us. Plenty of rooms and a huge dorm for the kids. Nice small pool estimate about 8 x 4 meters. Not exactly the displayed furniture in photos though. There's a quick access to a nice clean public beach. Visibility at this time of the year for a swim in the sea is reasonable. Unfortunately, the night activities can be quite disturbing. Night 1, someone decided to bring the loud speaker and have a Karaoke session till 12MN. Night 2, Bike activities till early hours.

Best to stay

The place does provide very good facillities for group gathering, rooms are very clean. However it seems a little tired and overnight stays could be a nightmare as the Villa is tucked close proximity in between a main toad and a beach driveway. If you are looking for some quietness ,then,this is just the opposite.
