컴포트 인 & 스위트 오팰런 - 세인트루이스 지역

The owners and staff are remarkably polite and accommodating. Much more so than some of the other comments I've seen posted. I think perhaps your are treated the same as your treat them. Just my thoughts.

The property is located in a good area and the WiFi was great. However, the amenities were lacking and the cleanliness could have been better. The staff was okay but not exceptional. Overall, it was an average stay with nothing particularly special to recommend it.

This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at! The toilet over flowed, the towels were stained with blood, there was smoking in another room that was not allowed and you could smell it in the hallway. The paint was peeling off the walls ,the place was so run down! I would not reccommend anyone step foot near this place ever . Stay at the La Qunita whish is right near this location.

This hotel could use some upgrades overall. My room was on the second floor and close to the elevator which was nice. The location of the hotel is conveniently close to the interstate, easy access. The staff was courteous upon check in and check out. Breakfast was mediocre. Just scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles. Not what a usual Choice brand hotel offers. My bed in my room was comfortable and had fluffed pillows and the AC unit kelt the room cool. The bathroom floor had some loose tiles, the shower curtain needs laundered. The faucet drips continuos in the shower. The entryway to the hotelroom has a loose tile and is cracked so the door catches on that each time it is opened. I have stayed at this hotel previously. My stay was not like this trip. I am wondering if there are new owners and need time to fix things. Still just a mediocre hotel.

Very clean location was excellent and the staff treat you like family.I would very much recommend a stay here and was priced right so check it out if your planning on coming to O'Fallon il .
