The location is breathtaking, especially in the morning! Best beach to catch the sunrise. They are at the center of the island so you can go both left and right to explore the vast expanse of white sands in both directions. As for the room, everything was neat and pretty except for a few things: 1) only two outlets. best to bring an extension cord for your devices., 2) the AC was not pre-checked when I checked-in. the first night was weird because no matter how long the AC has been running, the room was never that cold. I had to use a towel instead of the duvet to help me fall asleep without breaking a sweat. my second night got worse as the AC was totally helpless and I was forced to transfer to another room on the rear end of the property, the AC was working well but too many weird noises at night, 3) the water pressure of the shower was too weak to get you washed off quickly. The staff were excellent in exchange of the lack of better facilities. They try to make me as comfortable as possible. A part of me understands the deficiencies in the facilities as this is not a high-end resort and it is a remote island, so considering these two circumstances, i'm still happy how my vacation turned out. If you are on a budget travel, go check this out. If you want convenience and comfort in every feature, i suggest checking other resorts in the eastern side of the island.

We stayed here for 2 nights, it was a lovely beach resort, however I do feel it was over priced for what it was, the food was ok but not great, breakfast felt a bit chaotic eg always having to ask for plates/bowls etc as they run out. I also wish the hotel would consider a more sustainable approach eg replace plastic straws with reusable ones, metal tea spoons instead of plastic stirrer, offer refillable water rather than plastic bottles etc etc etc. The amount of rubbish on the beach left by day trippers each day would be handy to have a few bins or staff to clean the beach up afterwards. It's such a shame as Kradan is such a beautiful island but its not being looked after -so much litter/rubbish everywhere. I think all accommodation on the island need to rethink their waste and what they are producing and start simple solutions to reduce their impact on the island to sustain it so tourists keep wanting to come back and its known for being a beautiful island not one that is dirty and full of rubbish. Please look at sustainability options in the long run it will save your island and save you money! Reusable = buy once rather than keep buying.…

Le cadre est naturellement beau, la plage de sable fin et une mer cristalline avec des poissons multicolores. Les chambres ne sont pas faites tous les jours. Le personnel pourtant nombreux est lymphatique, sans ressort. Le petit déjeuner est très frugal, à 8h30 il n’y avait plus de café frais et on nous invitait à prendre du café soluble ! Je recommande néanmoins car le lieu est exceptionnel.

The island was sold out so we were desperate. We knew it would not have air conditioning, but that was not the problem. Actually with the fan, we stayed pretty cool. There are very few individual bungalows. You stay in a row of rooms, they are all right next to each other. The breakfast wasn’t bad and you are very close to the beach. Our biggest problem was the stinky Pillows and no hot water. We spoke to other guests and they had the same problems we did. The room overall lacked everything. Some nice sheets or pictures on the walls , anything would be an improvement. It was just a room.

Il manque juste un frigo, u peu plus de propreté et un peu plus d'amabilité de la part du personnel pour un beau rapport qualité prix.
