• 객실별로 간이침대 사용 가능 여부가 다릅니다. 선택한 객실의 투숙 가능 인원 정보를 확인하시기 바랍니다.

• 0세부터 1세까지(유아): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 유아용 침대를 요청하는 경우 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 2세부터 12세까지(아동): 반드시 간이침대를 사용해야 하며 해당 추가 요금이 부과됩니다.

• 13세 이상 투숙객은 성인으로 간주합니다. (아동의 성인 요금 기준은 정확하지 않으므로 자세한 사항은 호텔에 문의하시길 바랍니다.)

• 모든 연령의 아동이 투숙 가능합니다.

• - Handhygien is a must during your stay and no outdoor shoe inside the house.

• - Bath & hand towels - 50 pesos per set.

• -Change of bedsheets after two weeks of stay free of charged. Request of changing bedsheets before 2 weeks is 75 pesos per set.

• -No parties or group gatherings max 5 persons per booking.

• -Food and drinks is not allowed inside the bedrooms.

• - Extra guest: amount charge per person, per night over 2 guest will be charge 700 php.

• -We do not have an extra bed after 5 guest. But IF you do so, you may pay an extra fee for ( 800php per person)

• -For security purposes we only allow Guest with confirmed Booking to enter the courtyard/ stay / sleep in the house.

• -Non -smoking place and environment. (sanitary fee if guest smoke in the house 5K)

• -No pets allowed inside the house.

• - Washing machine extra fee -75 per kilo.

• -Ants is a common insect in the Philippines so please observe daily cleanliness and left over food should dispose in a bin or put in the safe container.

• - Daily supervision: Property manager will collect the garbage.

• - Daily cleaning provided by the guest.

• - Please treat the house as if its your own.

• - For all comfort, the gate closes at 10pm. Please let us know if your coming late.

• - Do not re-furnish the house (furnitures must not be move or lifted)

• - Please unplug the appliances when not in use.

• -CCTV located beside the gate.

• - We have two dogs in the garden. (They vaccinized with anti rabbist, friendly dogs)

• - We sanitized the house for our guest safety.
