Family room by Interlaken Parking

Feels the description of the property is not adequate. It turns out the 2b/2b unit is way under valued. The unit is very spacious and super clean. - family of four from US

The building is old and out dates. The bed in our room was not good. Making so much noise whenever you turn. How could you rest nicely with such noisy and bad heating system during winter. DISAPPOINTED with this booking!. We found better stay in Interlake with similar price for the next day. Only stay here if you can’t find any accommodation at all.

Poor washroom, water logg..door broken , no ventilation..poor communication

I stayed at this hotel for one night with my family. The location is truly stunning, and the room was clean and well-maintained. However, we experienced a significant issue with the heating system, as it was not functioning properly, making the room uncomfortably cold. Unfortunately, this resulted in my 1-year-old daughter catching a cold, requiring a visit to the doctor. While I would highly recommend this hotel for a summer stay, I would advise future guests to confirm heating functionality if visiting during colder months. Addressing this issue would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Room was clean, but the facility needs some remodeling. Location in my opinion lovely, quiet, private and secure. Easy to use a public transportation to connect with any place. Middle East restaurant near, delicious. If you bring your bike you can do hundreds of kilometers.
