Peaceful stay. Good food. Spending time in nature. Good staff. Furnitures need improvement definitely.

Upon arrival, which was an hour past the designated check-in time, we found ourselves lost with no one available to assist or guide us. We waited in the cafeteria area and it was only after a significant delay that the manager appeared. However, his lack of courtesy and dismissive explanation regarding the unavailability of our room was disappointing. This behavior seemed to suggest that such lapses in service were common at your resort. Furthermore, when I requested the use of a restroom for my children, the condition of the facilities provided was not up to the mark. The toilet we were directed to was unclean and unusable, which was a significant inconvenience. Additionally, the lack of activities within the resort was apparent. While the room we were provided was clean and well-maintained, there was a noticeable scarcity of engaging activities on the premises, apart from kayaking and a few soft sports. The dining experience left a lot to be desired. Serving a large group with a limited quantity of food resulted in long waiting times and inconsistency in the quality of the dishes, especially considering the price per day we were paying. The resort is located in a beautiful location and has the potential to be a great facility. However, it was disheartening to see poor maintenance as evidenced by broken chairs and sofas littered throughout the cafeteria. Lastly, the management and staff seemed ill-equipped to handle the responsibilities and challenges that come with running a resort of this scale. Based on my experience, I find it difficult to recommend this place to others. I hope this feedback is taken in a constructive manner and used to improve the overall experience for future guests.

Hi, I arrived to the location with my wife and parents and the service and staff’s behaviour was awful. 1. Our room electricity was fluctuating throughout the stay. It disrupted our sleep and delayed us in getting ready since there was few power cuts during morning hours. 2. Hot for 2 rooms didn’t function the first day, and they fixed only for one room on day 2. It’s was raining and my parents they are (75 and 66) had to take cold shower on day 1. Staffs are very irresponsible, they projected as if it’s not their fault and they weren’t willing to fix the problem in any ways. I would have just cancelled and moved if I had planned the stay alone, due my parent’s well being I adjusted to these unnecessary issues as this completely ruined my vacation.

Location is the plus in middle of nowhere right in front river bed. Tent needs more maintenance. Power is not reliable there and genset to be properly kept in right mode.. Cycling nearby is good and they have cycles too. Food options needs more improvment but resort is not occupied other than us so not sure how it will be when fully filled.

It is not a resort and not maintained well. Service was poor and disappointed with overall experience.
