I would like to appreciate the caretaker RINCHEN, who is hosting this property. First of all he is a very nice host and he tries his best to help the tourists. Secondly he is an ultimate cook. Everyone should try the food prepared by him. You will find it best in lachen. Nice comfortable and clean space. nice hotel. Highly recommended.

Room and Bathroom not cleaned, bedsheets were also dirty. Food was pathetic. Lots of issue with electricity. Room size was good. We got hot water for drinking for limited time.

Only one staff was there to attend guest. Once we had to depart for nearby sightseeing on early morning but there was no one to open door

We had booked two rooms, and geyser was not working in one of those. They asked to share from another room. Washrooms were not cleaned properly initially and there was here and other stuff on floor and basin, which the staff cleaned after asking and showing them couple of times. Same for bedsheet, there was hairs on it and had to ask the staff to replace it. While booking its mentioned that WiFi is there, but it was not working. Someone had made maggie in the electric kettle and the bottom was burnt, and when we asked the staff to clean, they told it is not so dirty its fine. Initially, staff had kept only one towel per room and when asked for more, they told management had told to keep one only and give extra only if guests ask. We had to ask couple to time to get extra towel. Hotel location and rooms are nice, only if services and cleanliness is improved and staff is better trained, guest experience would be better
