I have personally been here multiple times and can assure you wouldn't be disappointed. Everything is top notch especially the hospitality. People there have such a calm and kind vibe that you would be internally grateful and extremely rejuvenated by the time you leave.

Awesome place

I travelled with a group of 4 other ladies to mainly do Girivalam. Let me start with the positives. Sparsa welcomed us with warmth when we arrived late to check in. I remember how warm and chatty Manoj was at the reception. We were still taking in ambience and he was asking us to sit down and served is with our welcome drink and a garland which adds to the experience. The free activities in the hotel were a win among my group. We tried everything out once we returned to the hotel at 4ish pm the next day. All these increases the good experience we had at the hotel. And something we wld not have expected of a hotel of this class. The icing on the cake is the Spa. We went in an hr before closing. Three of us wanted to get a foot massage but looking at the timing, we asked Manoj (yes the same person) if he could accommodate us and we are ok to share the 1hr and ok with any treatment he thinks works. He said he can do time split service and said he is ok to do any treatment. We went for foot massage. I had a nice chat with Manoj during my session and shared with him that the ball of my foot hurts. When we ended my session, he threw in a foot soak to help with the pain. Such a kind gesture which said alot about his attention to guests' needs. Now the things where i think there is room for improvement. Our room was all the way to the back of the premise which did add to the difficulty of dragging our luggages to the room. There is help with luggage but the staff also has to drag/carry the bags as the ground is more of pebbled path. Not sure what or how this can be improved but something for guest to take note of. Another thing was breakfast. The spread was limited and kinda recycled. Hotel can consider exploring other vegetarian dishes to refresh the options. Factual Info The hotel is not exactly near the main temple but is along Girivalam. If you want to do Girivalam, you probably need your own vehicle to get to the starting point and to return back to the hotel. Walking back from the main road at night is not recommended as the lane is quite dark.

The ambiance ang feel of the entire property is so serene and peaceful. But the value for money is a bit over priced for the kind of services offered. Some staff members are really courteous but not everyone. Also my mother arrived with a knee injury and even though they had wheelchair assistance and all, they charged full amount for her in-room food deliveries even though promised otherwise that they will consider her special case. Anyways apart of certain hiccups like these, our stay was definitely peaceful.

Kids enjoyed the bull cart ride , pottery , cow milking and peacock sighting One problem is there is no kids swimming pool otherwise it is a good stay. Food prices are little on the higher side Breakfast buffet was decent not bad
