Beware of Pricing and Room Mismatch – Misleading Booking Experience!" I recently visited CBC Residency in Karjat and had a very disappointing experience. We made a direct booking and were charged ₹4,500 per night, while the normal direct rate is only ₹2,500. This is nearly double the actual price. Even worse, we were shown photos of an Executive Room during booking, but upon arrival, we were given a Deluxe Room instead — which was clearly not the same. When we questioned this, there was no proper response or resolution. This kind of misleading pricing and false room representation feels like a clear case of fraud by both the property owners and the third-party website handlers (like Booking.com and Agoda). I strongly recommend that future guests double-check all booking details — including room type and pricing — before confirming. Transparency is key, and sadly, that was missing in our experience.

NICE STAY

The condition of the room is pathetic. The staff is even more horrible. They can not manage bookings as well. We had bookings on separate days for 2 rooms and they couldn’t even figure that out and they simply told us we can’t do anything , they did not let us check in till 8 pm at night. Waste of money and the condition of the rooms is so pathetic, not even in a shape to stay for one night

I visited last monthe in this hotel and I used bathroom and I found out they are installed camera in their bathroom so I complained the police station. Police came and they arrested the owner and I ask my money back and check out the hotel. So please don't go their.
