• A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.

• A baby chair is available at the property.

• The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.

• This is a wheelchair-friendly property. Pets are not allowed.

• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the jacuzzi.

• Outside food is not allowed at the property.

• Please note that there is a friendly pet dog at the property.

• Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.

• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

• Guests are advised to shut the windows once it’s dark, during monsoon. Given the presence of greenery around, it is prone to insects or bugs.

• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

• This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.

• Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.

• In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 8 hours. Beyond that, DG cost will be borne by the guests.

• Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.

• The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
