Rimba eco Resort

This eco resort is far from viral or aesthetic spots you see online. It’s simple, quiet, and hidden in the forest, perfect for rest, while my kids enjoy nature as their playground

We had a lovely time at Rimba Eco Resort - the host in particular was extremely helpful and welcoming, as well as enjoying coming and talking to the guests. The main communal area was a really nice place to hang out, have a few beers and play some pool. You can also see lots of birds flying around outside. The breakfast there was decent; we didn't try dinner so can't comment on that. The resort is a little way out of the town and up a hill, which makes it a little less convenient for exploring the town itself if that's something you also like to do. It was easy enough, however, to organise transport to and from the town using Grab so it wasn't really an issue. Overall a very nice stay and I would highly recommend.

Great place, surrounded by nature. Perfect to explore Tomohon. Run by a lovely Dutch and Indonesian couple. Really helpful in suggesting activities, places to see and onward travel arrangements. Note, there is no fans in room but night time temperatures are cool and pleasant. Great breakfast and dinner options. Would recommend.

Le staff est incroyable et l'endroit également! Certains bungalows ont des toilettes séparées de la chambre mais c'est le seul point négatif que j'ai trouvé. Attention à demander des bungalows plus proches de l'entrée si vous êtes à mobilité réduite. Et la vue est superbe !!

Für den Preis wirklich mehr als super. Toller Gastgeber der mit Rat und Empfehlungen zur Seite steht. Staff super herzlich und freundlich. Essen top. Umgebung kann man toll mit Roller oder Auto erkunden. Aussicht wahnsinnig schön. Es kann laut werden, ja, aber mit Ohrenstöpseln kein Problem und logisch, wenn man nah an der Stadt unterkommt.
