A good place to spend time with family

Go with it if you have to spoil your vacation. Will start with it how they made sure that my vacation is what they control and try to make it a mess. - reached the resort by 2 pm and nobody seen at reception, asked the guard where is reception guy, told he will come, waited 10-15 minutes no one appeared called the contact on booking detail then 2-3 minutes someone appeared. was given the room and no briefing or any details or update about the stay, pretty much cold welcome. - Booked the safari as they told yes they do take booking and also at reception they had it in their service offering (seem to realize later that it was a big mistake), was asked to get ready 6 am in the morning and we were at reception next morning 5:50am. was asked to board a gypsy but 2 minutes later was asked to deboard and told to wait more. Then waited next 1 hour 20 minutes only to see gyspy coming at 7:16 am. In between I was told 3 different execuses even to extent that I had not done booking thru resort reception (but fortunately the payment was online :-) ) ... I was told there is a rush at gate (this also I verrified and it was just a blatant lie), gypsy registration karake aa raha hai (everyone knows booking for safari happens in advance online and it was done for us a day advance, which later booking copy showed too), finally when it was over an hour late then came the excuse that gypsy kharaab ho gai hai and another gypsy will come. I was told since it's more than an hour late so the guy will accomodate for late but later when we returned we were at resort well before 10 am which was original return time :-) - Now starts the misery, our room geyser line was not working since check-in and we had complained after check-in only but till next morning it was not fixed, before leaving for safari also we asked to get this done and was told ki ho jayega, when we came back there was no water at all in bathroom niether cold and nor hot. we were offered water in bucket to bath. later in 20-30 minute cold water started coming in tap but still geyser line was jam. After talking to resort person when I was not getting resolution of problem I asked Agoda since I booked with them and they also denied helping me. When I insited that I will checkout in 10 minutes and need refund then they talked to resort and resort offered to change the room. I agreed to it and that was my biggest mistake again. - Full day we were out and when returned at 8 am. Loud music started playing which continued till 11:43 pm night. Loud music in public anywhere in India is banned after 10 pm and especially in jim corbet jungle it shouldn't be played but people in the resort lawn were drinking dancing and enjoying loud musics and resort people were not doing anything. I called reception and restaurant guys multiple times, no one from resort was responding. went at reception no one was there and restraurant guys were sleeping so didn't disturb them. Called the contact given in Agoda booking and what I hear out was why am I disturbing him so late. Man I didn't have any option, your resort manager is no where present your other staffs no where seen what option do I have when someone after drinking banging at my room door in midnight where I am staying with my family. The person whom I called I told that noone is responding from reception or restraurant then he gave me a mobile number, I called on that number twice but again no response. Anyway soon a big fight broke out between two drink parties (all were so drunk and had bats in their hand to fight). I came out of room and see resort staffs were clueless what to do. I started a rumour police aa gai police aa gai then both drunk parties staying in resort stopped fighting. But drinks in open lawn continued for next 30-40 mintes with shouts which were loud enough to make me awake since 1 am next day. My biggest mistake was to continue after room change as they were not agree to refund. What turned out I paid them to be awake whole ni

Most horrible resort with worst reception staff. Stayed in nearby resort also which was totally perfect , but this is not worth of what they are charging .First the route of entry ,second rude reception staff , then cleanliness of the rooms, .I was told as room with bath tub .But nothing was present actually. Fridge was not working ,Shower not working ,room was full of cockroaches . Will never recommend anyone traveling with kids.
