Its a very nice place however it did have a roach problem in our room. We were able to change into a bigger room and didn't have a issue. The chicken pasta was really good and its enough for two. the breakfast not the best. We had a wonderful time.

I will be returning with my family.

I stayed at this hotel in mid-September 2025, and it left a strong impression as a discreet and exceptionally secure place to stay. Hidden behind three security gates and without any public signboard, it gives guests a sense of privacy and protection that is hard to find elsewhere. For travellers who may feel concerned about the city’s safety, the hotel offers real peace of mind, almost like a “hidden security retreat.” The property is fairly modest in scale, with around 30 rooms, each named after a major city around the world. This small but thoughtful touch gives the hotel a unique character, while many of the rooms overlook either the well-kept lawn or the surrounding neighbourhood. Although the overall atmosphere is tranquil, weekends can bring occasional noise from weddings or gatherings. Still, such events are generally tolerable and do not significantly undermine the hotel’s calm ambience. In terms of facilities, the hotel is quite limited. There is a small restaurant with a simple menu, but it does not accept international cards or US dollars, meaning guests must carry local currency. Moreover, there is no gym or tennis court, and even some basic amenities are absent: the rooms do not provide a hairdryer or a bidet spray in the bathroom, which may be inconvenient for certain guests. These shortcomings make it clear that the hotel prioritises security and privacy over comfort or luxury. The location is both a strength and a drawback. Situated about 500 metres from the main road, it ensures a peaceful, safe environment away from the city’s noise, but it also makes transportation and food delivery less convenient. Regular taxis are difficult to catch, and arranging deliveries can be a challenge. Nevertheless, for those who value safety and seclusion above all else, this trade-off is worthwhile. Overall, the hotel is best suited to travellers who prefer discretion, security, and tranquillity over extensive facilities or easy access.

Prepretty nice, only detail was that thdy would knock on the door to clean, instead of us asking for it.

I have stayed at this hotel several times including with my family. Its a very good hotel located in a quiet estate in PH. Hotel rooms are very clean and well apportioned. The food is good but can take a long time to arrive. I would recommend the hotel.
