Okay

Agoda said in their app that the rooms were newly renovated but it wasn’t, the room was super dirty, blanket was smelly, there were ants on the floor going to the trash bin, there were cobwebs, bathroom is old and dirty, really no sign of being renovated. no double lock on the door. our bathroom have no light and they didn’t change the bulb even i keep complaining about the light on the CR. i also told them they do not clean the room as there are lots of ants they just said they have already sprayed something for the ants.. very very bad, if only i can cancel my agoda payment we would have look for another hotel.

We liked the early check in. But the rest of the stay was bad. We booked for seven people but the room was too small and initially given for six. The aircon in the first room did not work well. The second room had the same problem. The room got hot because of the direct sunlight and there were no blackout curtains. We asked for a fan but the staff gave us nothing. They even said past guests were fine with it. Security was bad because the door could be opened with paper through the knob. The windows were broken. The comfort room door and lock were also broken. The floor was wet because of leaks from the aircon and comfort room. The staff needs to pay more attention and fix their rooms. We will not come back nor recommend the space.
