No cupboards to put your tshirts or underwear, no wardrobe for clothes, badly designed room as you have to move the table and 2 chairs to seat on sofa then move back if you want to reach for clothes hanging on the wall, I wasn't told that there was a building construction next to my room so the workers walk me up at 7.30am with loud not stop banging, and when I wanted to catch up with sleep after lunch, they would start again from 2pm to 4pm! It wasn't a good experience staying in that hotel. The receptionist wasn't very helpful neither apologised when I informed her that my room was very dirty, she blamed the cleaner but without taking any responsibility, I had to ask her to apologise and she said it reluctantly with a BUT plus a excuse. Really bad experience. Never agin in this place, so over price but an appauling service

Hotel Boutique nuevo! Con todo lujo de detalles, instalaciones súper modernas... Nos atendieron divinamente, Jorge (creo que es su nombre) no puede ser más amable y servicial... Nada más llegar nos invitaron a un Té delicioso... Nos ayudaron hasta para reservar una buena comida ya que estaba todo lleno en pleno puente de Agosto ... El Spa pequeño, pero cumple su función Recomiendo sin dudarlo ... Escogimos un estudio, genial su tamaño, lo único que no me gustó fue la puerta transparente, de resto esta genial y espaciosa Muchas gracias a todo el personal

Se puede mejorar
Es un hotel con encanto con detalles bonitos, pero creo que podría mejorar: nuestra habitación era muy pequeña y daba a una calle muy estrecha, cuando nos dijeron que nos quedábamos solos en el hotel por la tarde noche, no entendimos porque no nos habían ofrecido una con mejores vistas, ya que pagamos 130€ por una sola noche, sin desayuno. Además la puerta donde se ubica el inodoro es totalmente transparente, deja poca intimidad. Por si fuera poco, estando en la habitación a las 10 de la mañana entró la señora de la limpieza si avisar. Creo q que estos tipos de hoteles boutique, no pueden permitirse este tipo de errores.
