Castelar Palace

I found the hotel extremely pleasant & was especially grateful for there being a lift; if I had one complaint it would be concerning the lighting in our suite, we seemed unable to switch a light off without them all going off . It’s in a great position, close to the town & a short walk to the beach.

Were not made aware with regard the reception hours.

Hotel Boutique nuevo!

No cupboards to put your tshirts or underwear, no wardrobe for clothes, badly designed room as you have to move the table and 2 chairs to seat on sofa then move back if you want to reach for clothes hanging on the wall, I wasn't told that there was a building construction next to my room so the workers walk me up at 7.30am with loud not stop banging, and when I wanted to catch up with sleep after lunch, they would start again from 2pm to 4pm! It wasn't a good experience staying in that hotel. The receptionist wasn't very helpful neither apologised when I informed her that my room was very dirty, she blamed the cleaner but without taking any responsibility, I had to ask her to apologise and she said it reluctantly with a BUT plus a excuse. Really bad experience. Never agin in this place, so over price but an appauling service

Buenas y modernas instalaciones, limpieza y cama muy comoda.
