I have made my searches and I guess this is the best choice if you need to stay near to the Besut Jetty! It is approximately less than 5mins walk to the jetty. We were a bit early and since check in time was 3PM, they allowed us to store our luggage at the micro-mini reception while we had coffee and some lunch at their coffeeshop about one shophouse away. Food was good, by the way! If you have lots of luggage like us, be prepared to climb a fleet of stairs to the rooms. And no, there is no lift and no assistance either. Room was very very basic, pretty clean. Basically this is not for the fussy and not recommended for long time stay. I am glad I was there for only 1 night. By the way there are lots of souvenir shops, minimarts and coffeeshops around. Very vibrant and lively surroundings.

Receptionist kurang ramah. Staf perlu ramah sedikit. Senyum pon tidak. Lokasi ok, kedai makan banyak, tempat dobi pon ada, masjid dekat. Bilik perlu sediakan penyapu kot, sebab bilik berpasir sedikit. Mungkin penyewa sebelum ini, ada pergi ke pantai & pulau. Aircond ok, berfungsi. TV tidak berfungsi. Cadar kena bersihkan lagi, ada kesan² kotor.

the parking was…..horrible. hotel management has to figure out ways to make sure visitors parking are enough as it can be overwhelming when theres too many people. no LIFT from the basement parking to the lobby which was ???!?! we didnt know. we had to carry our luggage and baby stroller using the stairs. on the day we checked out, there was a wedding ongoing so yes, imagine the crowd. the hotel isnt huge. i dont think making halls available for wedding is a great choice. maybe the management can figure ways to solve this bc other hotel visitors had to cramp their way to walk. not very ideal… the food was not that great either. hope it can be improved next time. nasi lemak doesnt taste very good…like pls its the staple, breakfast food for us. you have to atleast know how to make good nasi lemak. room was great. clean. just the parking and breakfast food. hope you can improved on that.

It’s close to the pier to get the boat to go to Perhentian. Just at the left of the hostel there is a corner with a restaurant with fresh fish and the owner is super friendly and accommodating. The staff of the hostel is good enough , cleanliness is average. Price is high on my opinion as a solo traveller since they don’t have single room and the price is same than for two or three people.

Bilik semua ok cuma perlu perbaiki lagi fasiliti dengan baik dan kemas tempat strategik puashati cuma kalau boleh sediakan sabun mandi jug elektrik serta check bilik air sama ada air berbau atau tidak apapun semua baik dan recommande..
