Great location, easy access to everything. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean, hot shower, air con, comfortable bed, electric hot water kettle for coffee, smart tv, and a good size refrigerator. WiFi is fast. The Diamond is probably the most expensive in Catarman, but you get what you pay for 🙂

The property's location was convenient , and the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Hot water was readily available, and access to all transportation was convenient. The surrounding area is busy during the day and have many food options. At night, however, the area is empty, dark, and scary/unsafe. Having the restobar in the hotel was very convenient! I highly recommend the beef nilaga. Napakasarap! The teriyaki chicken, sweet chili chicken, pancit canton, and the chop suey were all good too. Overall, the restobar was very good. However, DO NOT order the shrimp scampi and the Shanghai lumpia. The shrimp scampi only had 2 very small shrimp and the lumpia was very bad; panget! Overall, my stay there was nice and comfortable and would stay there again.

The hotel has no elevator. The room was nice for the cost. However while we were out for the day housekeeping cleaned the room. They moved and "arranged" out suitcases and other items. Housekeeping is supposed to change sheets and towels and clean around customers personal items, not touch my stuff and put it where they think it belongs! On top of this the room had no TP!

Roaches are my nemesis. I saw… none! Due to the proximity to the market I was prepared for battle. No fighting went down. Even tho the rooms were tiny I slept like a log. Hot water was spotty so mixing temperature in the bucket and the tabo over the head was necessary. The service of the crew is excellent as expected cuz Filipinos have hospitality on lock. Next time I comeback to experience the charm of this city this is where I will stay.
