The overall experience was good, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of room cleanliness. I noticed dust on the table, and the pillows could be more comfortable. The one I had was thin and seemed to have been used before. It's essential to maintain a clean environment, particularly in the rooms.

Terrible check in with rude staff. Hotel doesn’t provide toilet paper. Abysmal WiFi. Avoid at all costs!

For a budget hotel, the room is clean, spacious, and also quiet. Recommended!

I didn't expect this RedDoorz to be different from the other RedDoorz I've booked before. I booked here because of a very early event nearby. When I first realized the differences, I informed them right away that I'd be leaving early in the morning and asked if they could provide a key to my room. Typically, places like this are very strict about going out in between bookings. Luckily, there were many others attending the same event, making it easier for them to allow me to leave between my bookings. Thank you.

I recently stayed at hotel for 4 nights, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Given the room rate, I expected much better services. However, the hotel fell short in several key areas. The Wi-Fi service was extremely poor, often non-existent, making it difficult to stay connected during my stay. The water quality was also subpar, which was quite disappointing. What really took me aback was the incidental key deposit policy. Upon check-in, I was asked for a PHP 1000 deposit per room, which seemed unreasonable and nonsensical. Overall, considering the room rate and the services provided, I would not recommend this hotel to others. There are better options available in the market that offer more value for money.
