First of all I need to said is really too sad that Hotel Setia is rated as 1 star hotel, I not sure the requirements to upgrade the rate but it can be more. The room I stay is 1 queen and 1 single bed, is clean and with basic necessities (clean bed sheet,4 pillow,coffee,tea,stir,cup, mineral water,toilet paper, 2in1 body n shampoo,towel, toothbrush with toothpaste,hanger, kettle,refrigerator,aircond, dustbin),there also friendly reception and has ample of parking with security guard There are 2 things I need to highlight here is there is no hairdryer so pls bring your own(luckily I read the previous review n being my own one)Second there is no lift (For my parents and I are ok) The last one is the soundproof problem, for those light sleeper it really create a big problem Exclude the soundproof i will stay here again

Very good in general except 1. it is too noisy when next room taking shower. 2. It would be perfect if Shampoo is also provided. 3. Air Conditioning is facing the bed and the head.

Rooms are upstairs. So suitable for light travelers. Not for elderly because and heavy luggages because there are no elevator nor porters to assist. Otherwise good value for money

Extra clean n comfy

Booked 2 rooms for 4adults + 2kids for 2 nights. Simple small room with bad soundproof. 2nd night there were 2 local tourist buses and the local people made noise(shout, slam door) while checked-in at 1-2am.
