Enjoyed our stay in Pinnacle. The Lobby is nice and airy, with the heat we just changed and jumped into the pool as our room was not yet ready. Location is a little bit far from the center, the hotel sits on top of a hill, sharing a driveway and beach path with Lind Hotel. Beach access is a plus, but beware there are a lot of steps to get down to the beach. The room itself was very comfortable. Nice mattress, good showers and cold AC. Downside was maybe the size of the toilet partition may be uncomfortable for some. The window is a little bit small, kind of feels like you are in an apartment. Customer Service was okay, the staff were very nice and accommodating. Especially liked the shuttle service to and from the hotel. Considering the hotel is at the edge of Station 1 drop off and pick up service was very helpful. However, one thing I found strange with customer service was we had a guest who was staying in our room until the rains would subside. The front desk asked her to surrender her physical ID even when she was just visiting for an hour or two. Yes, I guess it is for security but it just did not feel hospitable. There may have been better ways to go about it such as taking a picture of the ID, considering she was one person and entering with the hotel guest. Overall, we had a very good experience and would recommend this hotel.

I've read in some reviews that Pinnacle Boracay is a hidden gem, and they're absolutely correct. Neatly tucked near The Lind, the resort has an exclusive feel and yet is very homey due to the warm and hospitable staff (especially Verlyn, Valerie, and Ms. Sunday). It's only a few walks from the breathtaking Station 1 White Beach area that has less crowd so you'll definitely get a great view of the beach especially during sunset. Breakfast buffet selection was ok but enough to fill you. Room is clean and modern, beds are big and comfortable. The pool is clean and refreshing, and also perfect for your IG pics. They provide free shuttle service to and from DMall with minimal waiting time. Would definitely book again when I return to Boracay!

a good place located at station 1 at a very good rate. Staffs and event the hotel manager are very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are big enough to accommodate us 2 adults and 2 kids. very good amenities and good food i like that they have a decent breakfast just enough and based on the rate. we ordered at the restaurant for our lunch and all were great even the coffee and shakes. no direct view of the sea BUT with direct access (secured patheay) directly going to the white beach. In fron kasi is the Lind. they provide everything even beach towels. Thanks Pinnacle we will definitely book again.

We stayed 5 days in Pinnacle since we booked last minute with limited options. I was pleasantly surprised by it. It is right behind the Lind so it will take some walking and stairs to get to and from your room to the beach, so it’s not quite recommendable for seniors/people with mobility problems. This wasn’t a problem for the younger people though. Our room was a bit awkwardly set up. The sink was right beside the bed and open air/access. Door to the toilet and shower was also open air (the partition/door is only halfway through the ceiling). You would be able to hear everything in the bathroom from your bed. I did not ask for a different room anymore since my companions were comfortable in their adjacent room. Room is nice and big, cleaned well daily. With fresh towels and beach towels available for you daily. Water bottles provided on first day. The rest of the time, there were no more water bottles but there is a purified water dispenser outside our room. No hair dryer in the room but the front desk was able to provide one for me when I asked. Breakfast was a good, decent selection. I skipped the coffee daily since it didn't taste like coffee at all. Would have liked to use the gym but this was not furnished yet. Staff are helpful and nice. Shuttle to and from DMall was a great perk, and saves you money since a one way trip of the same distance costs around 150-200 Php. Overall this was a great find considering its amenities, the distance to the beach, and that we booked 2 weeks prior to the trip.

Stayed for 4 nights. The place is just 3mins walk to the beach front which gives you a little privacy. We arrived at 12:30pm so we waited for the 3pm check in time. Charge addtl pax for 1500 a night but the room they gave us was too tight but we still settled in. On the 3rd day, we asked the kitchen to reheat the food for my toddler but it took us 15mins to wait and the reason given was they have so many things to do, which made my husband so annoyed about it and they also wants to hold the deposit because of a teaspoon that we asked which already been bussed out. The bfast we had was processed food like hotdogs, meatloaf, tocino, and 2 days of those 4 days we stayed there was adobo. I remember there’s pancit and chopsuey. The rest always the same. You have to ask if you want freshly cooked eggs. So if you are looking for a healthy bfast, this hotel is not for you.
