The pallet house is essentially a large room divided into smaller sleeping areas using plywood. However, the dividers are thin, allowing you to hear people in neighboring rooms. The bunk beds are clean and have a fresh scent. The dated hardwood floor is not ideal for bare feet, so it's recommended to always wear the provided slippers. The shared bathroom and toilet lack clothes/towel racks, requiring you to place your clean clothes between the windows or above the door. The accommodation offers a common kitchen and lounge. Despite the absence of certain amenities, the location is convenient, being close to eateries, convenience stores, and the bus terminal. The staff is kind, and while the service is satisfactory, it doesn't stand out as exceptional; it meets expectations.

Room has no windows but it's all clean and very accessible.

The room is affordable for solo travelers, though I wouldn’t recommend it for those who can’t sleep without air conditioning, as it can get quite hot. I stayed for quite a long time and kind of regretted it because it got too uncomfortable and warm. On the brighter side, the location is great, the Wi-Fi is strong, and the staff are friendly and accommodating.

The problem with our room is the outlet and we did have a problem in our first night since we cannot charge any phone nor powerbank. Thank goodness since the next day the staff gave us extension after reporting that all the outlet are loose. I have also see in the agoda page that they give free coffee and tea but upon checking in there's no free coffee, nor tea. Please also expect that there's no free water. The bed is kinda small for 2 person but I guess that's what you pay for.
