• Important Information & House Policies

• We are pleased to share the following important information and policies for your stay:

• • Self-Service Villa: Our villa operates on a self-service basis. Upon arrival, we provide one complimentary set of toiletries and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom.

• • Guest Policy: A maximum of 6 adults is allowed per villa. An additional guest can be accommodated at THB 1,000 per person per night.

• • Damage Deposit: A THB 3,000 cash damage deposit is required upon arrival. The full amount will be refunded at check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.

• • Check-in / Check-out:

• Check-in with the host is available from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

• Check-out is before 11:00 AM.

• Please allow approximately 30 minutes for the check-out inspection.

• • Late Check-in: For arrivals after 9:00 PM, self-check-in is available. Guests can access the villa using the key provided in the lockbox with an access code. Our host will meet and greet you the following morning. Please contact us in advance to receive the access code.

• • Early Check-in: Early check-in before 2:00 PM is subject to availability. To guarantee early access, we recommend reserving the villa for the night before your arrival. Without prior notice, you may need to wait at the office until 2:00 PM, depending on the previous guest's check-out and housekeeping schedule.

• • Late Check-out: Late check-out requests must be made at least one day before departure through the host. This is subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

• • Arrival Time: Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance. You may provide this information in the Special Requests section when making your booking or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.

• • Arrivals After 5:00 PM: If you expect to arrive after 5:00 PM, please contact the property directly by email or phone in advance.

• Pool & Jacuzzi Safety Policy

• For everyone's safety, food, drinks, bottles, glassware, and any sharp or breakable objects are strictly prohibited in the pool, jacuzzi, and deck areas.

• If any of these items break, fall, or are dropped into the pool or jacuzzi, a THB 5,000 cleaning fee will be charged. In such cases, we may need to drain, thoroughly clean, and refill the pool or jacuzzi with fresh water to ensure the safety of you and our future guests. • Child Policy

• • Up to 2 children under 10 years old: Stay free of charge when sharing the existing bed with their parents.

• • Additional children under 10 years old: THB 500 per child per night.

• • Children over 10 years old: THB 1,000 per child per night.

• • Children aged 12 years and above: Considered adults and charged THB 1,500 per person per night, including an extra bed.

• Location & Transportation

• • The villa is approximately 30 minutes by car from Krabi International Airport (KBV).

• • We are located in a peaceful and cozy area, approximately 5 minutes by car from Ao Nang Center and around 10 minutes by car from the beach.

• • Tuk-Tuk service: Approximately THB 300 per trip (one way).

• • For greater convenience, we recommend renting a motorbike or car during your stay.
