Actually is a private flat in a hotel, nothing to do with the hotel. You have to deal with the owner, which we found it a bit strange. We have received many instructions from the owner what we are not allowed to do. But when we needed a support, did not receive it. The receptionist at the hotel wasn't able to call taxi for us - myself I found it a bit strange. Also they hardly speak english. We had to use Google translate.
