Capaclan Centro Private Room

Very disappointing experience. It was impossible to contact the hotel. I tried calling many times, but no one answered and the phone was usually turned off. Because of the lack of communication, it was very frustrating to get any help. I would not recommend this place.

Got an issue on our room, but they offer the best they can to compensate. The owners are friendly. Location is a bit too far from the center(15 to 20mins walk) but tricycle is readily available for 15 to 20php per pax per ride. But if want a peaceful place this is for you. You can rent a bike with them to save on the tricycle fare. And can freely roam around the area.

The room is good with clean bed and pillow covers, a functioning TV, cable, AC, and a hot/cold shower. The only struggle we encountered was the steep and narrow stairs leading to the 3rd floor, making it difficult to bring up the luggage. Additionally, there was no physical staff available to assist throughout our stay, but communication through Agoda messages was easy. Overall, this place is recommended.

Ok naman sya, malapit sa bayan, at mabait ang ay ari, ang hassle lang yung spiral stairs, lalo na kung may mga dala kang maleta 😅.
