Damara Hotel at Ciudad Elmina

My friend from Dagupan recommended this place to me as the more popular hotels were already fully booked on a Friday. I was desperate to sleep in a proper hotel, and not a motel so I booked it on Agoda even without inquiring since nobody was answering the phone. I was pleasantly surprised how it was totally at the city center, with huge clean rooms. All the rooms are at ground level of the property. This will be my residence whenever I sleep in Dagupan from now on. Do check their walk-in rates..

Great place to stay! Staff were so accommodating and kind. Room was clean but there were some mosquitoes inside. Over all, I would recommend the place.

The very very Best part of this place is the staff. *** was the most gracious host, and was willing to accommodate special requests! Other than the Great staff, the room was lacking for the high price. We expected more amenities in a Queen suite. No refrigerator, no microwave. The restaurant not open for breakfast until 10am?? There is only one way into the hotel due to road construction so it is a real long challenge to get there and lots of tight squeezes along the way. Get ready for an obstacle course! The property is large, but needs much renovation all around for the nightly price owners are requesting. We drive here monthly for S&R shopping, Sadly, this didn't make our cut. N'hésitez pas venir passer quelques jours ici, c'est un havre de paix et le personnel est incroyablement attentif à nous rendre le séjour agréable! Le restaurant juste à 50 m (Ciudad Elmina) est exceptionnel aussi!

I got this from accommodation from sale. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Superb cleanliness, and very accessible to nearby places. Enjoyed the food in the near restaurant. Highly recommended!
