✅ Self Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is on or before 12:00 noon.

A penalty of ₱700 per extra guest per night will be charged for any unregistered visitors.
✅ For your safety, please turn off all air-conditioning units and appliances when you leave the property to avoid FIRE ACCIDENTS.
✅ Our unit features SMART door locks to allow for easy self check-in.
✅ We kindly ask you to treat our unit with care, just like your own home.
Any damages will need to be paid for and replaced accordingly by the guest.
✅ For any urgent assistance during your stay, please don’t hesitate to contact the unit manager or caretaker at the numbers provided.
✅ Any illegal activities of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. We reserve the right to require guests to leave the premises immediately if any illegal activity is reported or detected.
✅️ Guest are accountable to any damages or loss items/equipments , either intentional or accidental.
✅️ We would appreciate it if our guests could refrain from incurring additional fees/charges by taking good care of the unit and exercising discipline.
✅ Waste segregation is strictly implemented by the subdivision effective January 1, 2026. We encourage guest to separate the biodegradable to non-biodegradable trash. Penalty of 1000 php applies if this isn't followed
✅ Deep cleaning charge and penalty is 3500 php if the unit is left messed up after check out.

The host is quick to respond and responds quickly to requests.
1. It's really dirty. 2.The refrigerator, water purifier, kitchen, and room are all dirty. 3.Respiratory diseases such as weak bronchial tubes or dust allergies. Please do not make a reservation. 4.It is best not to use any electronic devices that might cool you down. 5.Towels are taken to the laundry service, but please check carefully. If you use a towel without thinking, towel dust will stick to your whole body. 6.When making a reservation, the price seems similar to other places, but A separate cleaning fee will be added upon payment. Please note 7.The person making the reservation pays the cleaning fee and stays. If you do not organize your bedding, clean up trash, and check all electronic devices upon check-out, you will be charged an additional fee of 1,500 pesos. 8.The host is very responsive and tries to handle requests quickly. 9.If you are not a thorough person reading reviews, I would not recommend booking

Low price but there's additional fees. Interior design and decor is bad. But okay na rin. It was okay. Not great but not totally bad.
