• 0세부터 2세까지(유아): 객실 내 기존 침대가 아닌 별도 유아용 침대를 요청하는 경우 추가 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.

• 3세부터 12세까지(아동): 반드시 간이침대를 사용해야 하며 해당 추가 요금이 부과됩니다.

• 13세 이상 투숙객은 성인으로 간주합니다. (아동의 성인 요금 기준은 정확하지 않으므로 자세한 사항은 호텔에 문의하시길 바랍니다.)

• 1. Standard check in time is from 2pm til 11pm.

• Check out time is strictly on or before 12 noon.

• *late check outs can be permitted only upon confirming with is, with charge of 100php per hour.

• 2. Kindly do the checking upon check-in. If you notice something is wrong, please inform us immediately as we can't be available all the time.

• For any urgent matters, please reach us thru our given contact numbers so we can assist you.

• 3. Kitchen utensils are free of use but please keep them clean every after use.

• 4. Smoking is allowed outside the house.

• 5. Towels and blankets are provided according to booked guest/s

• 6. The following EXTRAs' are available upon request:

• ✔Towel - 50php

• ✔Blanket - 50php

• ✔Pillow - 50php

• ✔Tissue - 15php

• ✔Floor matress - 200php

• 7. Quiet time starts at 11 PM especially in the balcony or outside the house. This is to be strictly followed.

• Let's be mindful of other residents nearby to avoid complaints.

• 8. Cooking is allowed but please avoid fish dishes as much as possible.

• 9. Hair blower and flat iron are available upon request.

• 10. All furnishings are new, so please to take care of them to avoid paying extra charges for any damages.

• 11. We will appreciate if you keep the place tidy and clean all the time.

• 12. Please turn off all the lights and unplug all appliances except the internet router, and turn off the gas range before leaving the place.

• 13. Kindly notify us thru our given contact details before leaving the place and don't forget to lock the door and leave the keys back in the key box.

• *Guest are advised to bring Alcohol / Sanitizer for own use.
