Our first room had a clogged sink and dirty refrigerator. We asked to be transferred and they immediately did but the 2nd room was also damaged. The shower knob was broken, it kept falling on the tiled bathroom floor so it was really loud. The toilet area tended to flood because the shower door was not properly sealed. The cabinet was also damaged. It would not close fully so the light coming from the cabinet affected the bedroom (It will not bother you if you dont sleep in total darkness). We didnt bother asking to be transferred anymore. Figured most of their rooms are old and are in need of repair.

Our group had a great stay at this hotel in Davao. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were exceptional, providing friendly and helpful service throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The facilities were well-maintained and offered everything we needed. The parking was convenient, allowing us to easily explore the city with our own transportation. Although the view from the property was not remarkable, it did not detract from our overall satisfaction. We found the hotel to be a good value for money, and we would recommend it to others visiting Davao.

Was really fuming mad entering to this facility because of Agoda's bad customer service. Im glad it was easy to talk to the hotel staffs it somehow changed my mood. Breakfast food have to little options. We tried dinner same opinion. Rooms were really nice though I think that's the only saving grace the hotel has aside from its location.
