The place is very tranquil. Cleanliness is well-maintained. The spa wellness services are worth it. We purchased a kawa bath and swedish massage and it was invigorating and relaxing. The only downside is that the staff could’ve been more attentive, especially when it comes to transporting guests with mobility issues to and fro the Spa Wellness Center. But overall it was a great experience.

Internet was prepaid. Staff had to reload 4-5 times a day. There were multiple times we had to wait 2-3 hours before they were able to successfully reload. For over 24 hours, there was no Netflix on day 1-day2. The only saving grace is the staff les by Aira. Leah was also great. They gave us fruits. They did the best they could. Hope their mgmt takes care of them. NEVER AGAIN!

Staff are highly commendable for being hospitable and the service in terms of wellness activities are satisfactory. We availed of sound bath but in the middle of it, other customers beside the lounge are too noisy. Staff shld call their attention for silence. The sauna and steam does not heat well. No water in shower beside it. I enjoyed their shirodha, heat bed pads and massage and sound bath. Usually after a massage, we expect that a hot tea will be offered. But none! We even had to ask for drinking water. The place needs a lot of improvement! The shakti dome room we stayed at as u enter smells like a tarpaulin ( humidifier shld be provided to eliminate the smell), spider webs in the bathroom, insects everywhere is understandable bec of the foresty place but having web is another thing. Very slow water pressure in faucets and shower. No complimentary toothbrush so bring ur own. the kitchen cabinets, dining set are too old and dusty. You need to pre order food for dinner and breakfast as there is no restaurant. Food was good.. No complimentary coffee or tea for breakfast! There is wifi but weak signal. Good that there is youtube and not lagging in signal. The bed is comfortable and big in size can accomm 2 pax per bed. The entire place is bushy that there seem to be no gardener maintaining it. Tho we felt relaxed bec of the wellness activities we availed of but Management shld be mindful of the details that needs improvement.

Place will really help youreconnect with nature. I love the interior of the dome villas. Room was amazing. The bed was so comfortable and the set up was really chic. I also love the touch of outdoor toilet and bathroom. The kitchen was clean and complete with items. Place offers privacy and luxury. Signal was good too and you can watch netflix I love their salt room and negative ion beds. The kawa bath too was so relaxing. Staff were really accommodating and so friendly. Only issue was the loacation was a bit too far and hard to reach since the road was a bit small but the place is worth going. Also since it is close to nature, expect that their would be a lot of insects. Be careful and secure your food items so as not to attract ants. Pool can also use an upgrade. Since it was open leaves and insects would go in the pool.

The place is nice and it brings you closer to nature. The only downside is, there's lots of mosquitos so make sure to bring insect repellant. The staff are also courteous and helpful.
