Everything was all good, especially that it was at a low price, but I believe, the air conditioner needs fixing. Even at temp 16 the entire stay, it really did not make the room cold. It was just like a normal room temperature.

Needs Fixing

My oasis experience
It was not okay staying there, aside from the price it terrible because the room we have been was dirty with cockroaches I've been trying to wash my clothes there & it flooded. They didnt check if their washing machine is broken. & Also, even if it's an empty parking spaces you would have to pay them 350pesos for the parking. They have lots of hidden charges... I'm sorry to say this, but my honest opinion is that my experience was not great .

I recommend the property!
Location is good. Perfect for I need during the stay. The Host, Arlyn, was responsive and helpful. I only rated 4/5 because the unit needs a face lift! The paint is outdated making the unit look smaller. Suggestion: repaint using egg shell our white, this will make the units look cleaner, homier, and bigger. Change the bed in the master bedroom… it is not comfortable. Update the furniture. These changes will ensure more and happier clients for the business! Thank you, Arlyn!
