Initially I was going to give this hotel the lowest possible rating. Why? Because after a terrible trip from Ranong, arriving late and tired they couldn't find my reservation, even though I showed them everything in the ap. Anyways, the kind of found it... I got into my room, took a shower and someone is banging on the door and screaming "Helloooo". I open the door and they want to check my reservation AGAIN! On my phone. Not in their system! They made me feel like I'm an intruder. Then they apologized, of course, but that was just ridiculous.. Anyways, the rest of the stay was OK. I even extended for one more night, but I used different platform just to be sure. The room is clean, the AC needs a bit more maintenance, but it's working just fine. The room is quiet. They provide drinking water daily. Also instant coffee, if you are into this type of coffee. The staff is polite. Wifi is strong. Hot water. And pretty cheap! Really good for the price. Even thought they pissed me off the first night, I'd definitely stay here again.

Clean, quiet, great location

Hotel has no window. Aircon is cold. Water pressure normal. Toilet is big as the basin is outside the toilet. Staff is friendly. Limited parking space.

Spacious
The room is big and amenities are good. The staffs are great. Free flow of coffee anytime. Only problem, Agoda map direction doesn't work. The address numbering are out of sequence. The next or previous number can be a few blocks away. The Thai name as listed doesn't help either. Took us more than half hour driving around to find it .Otherwise it would be very pleasant.

Jammer een TV op de kamer zonder TV kanalen, TV dient enkel als meubel stuk we hadden een kamer betaald met king-size bed, kregen echter een queens bed. Kamer was kraak net. Kamer was net gerenoveerd en Nog niet volledig afgewerk, hier en daar Nog wat te verbeteren. Van buiten AF op straat ziet het hotel eruit als versleten maar eens op de kamer, heel goed. Inchecken zeer onpersoonlijk. Toch prachting voor een Klein budget
