On the arrival greet by *** the care taker was so good and he is polite and attends for all the needs whenever we call , support overall is good over there , room was good hygiene, only the issue in rainy time as the roof is sheet the sound will be noisy no peacefully sleep Comes to food , side dishes which we ordered was too good , and main course which was chargeable was 400rs was not worth , need to addon some rotis or chapati at night , it was only biryani ,rice rasam and Payasam. Access to harangi backwater from property is plus, the view and ambience was awesome . Network availability is very less ,they have wifi connectivity so no issues for mobile and TV in the room. Overall I can give 8 starts 🌟 out of 10

Pros: 1. Excellent location. 2. Friendly and courteous staff. 3. Quality & taste of the food is good. Cons: 1. Mobile signal and Wi-Fi are very poor; most of the time, you won’t be able to connect to the internet. 2. Only buffet meals are available at ₹400—no option to order food separately. 3. Some cottages are need to be renovated. Entering one of these may feel like it’s not worth the price. Additionally, some cottages have steel sheet roofs, which can be very noisy during rain and does not have AC. 4. They have a few dogs on the property for some reason. The dogs attempted to bite us a few times, and other visitors were also frightened by them. It would be better if the dogs were kept tied up during the day and only released at night. 5. They could have intercoms in the cottages for better communication with the staff. Overall Rating: 2.5/5

One of the most disappointing resort stays I’ve ever experienced. They don’t even maintain a proper registry for guests. The staff are unwelcoming, with an attitude that clearly suggests they’d rather you weren’t there. While they claim to have Wi-Fi, the password is only given if you specifically ask—and even then, the rooms had no power. There is no proactive service; you have to request everything yourself. The staff seem far more interested in chatting among themselves and scrolling on their phones than attending to guests. The only redeeming factor is the view, but even that is poorly maintained. If you’re looking for an example of how bad a stay can be—this is the place.
