I am still here at the hotel and staying for another 3 nights. I love this hotel. People are so genuinely nice. Very clean and lovely hotel. They don't have a laundry service at the hotel, however, I dropped my laundry off at the lobby and desk manager had someone pick it up and wash my clothes. The rate was very reasonable too. Lastly, as an american here for the 1st time to visit my fiance's family, I found the staff to be exceptional and kind. I recall a quote outside the Hotel Managers room which talked about Kindness and Service being the best referral. I will definitely refer this hotel and stay here again. Patrick Holdeman

Best Hotel in Digos City.

I love staying in Big 8 Hotel, Digos. It has been my favorite place to stay whenever I visit Digos with my family and friends. The only thing that I wish you consider improving is the smell of your toilet/bathroom. Since my first stay, this is the only comment I have. Staff are very accommodating, even the security guards are very friendly. Overall, it is highly recommended!

Big Hotel Convenient
It was a good comfortable stay. But they did not return my ID upon check out and even reaching out they did not send it back to my address. The bathroom also had a certain smell that was not pleasing.
