We stayed 1 night in the fly me to the moon room. We loved the novelty of it and would definitely recommend staying there for 1 night. The grounds are beautiful and the creek that runs past the villa is lovely to listen to. They don't take card when checking out, so make sure you bring cash to pay any food/drink bills. Would be difficult to find cash had we not had enough in our wallet. This wasn't mentioned anywhere in our correspondence with the hotel.

아이랑 방학기간에 방문 . 우기 시즌이 방문이라 아쉬웠지만 프라이빗하게 즐기기 좋았다. 저녁식사간 한시간 무료로 맥주마실수있어서 너무 행복한 시간이 었음 ^^ bbq는 가격대비 양이 너무 작아서 아쉬웠다 .

It is an absolutely gorgeous resort however the main reason I booked this hotel was for the bed that is on a track and goes out onto the patio. Much to my disappointment upon arrival my room did not do that. All of the ads and pictures for the room I booked show the bed on a track and it’s the main reason I booked the hotel. It is a beautiful place and very relaxing however I would have booked somewhere more convenient for what I was doing if I had known that the moving bed was not included.

Our 4-night 5-day stay at this resort was overall a great experience! The food and drinks for breakfast and dinner were delicious, and felt like a five star restaurant. The staff was very helpful, flexible, and kind and made the stay that much better. The room itself was so cute and aesthetic and the views from the room were gorgeous, as that’s what attracted us to this resort in the first place and it definitely did not disappoint. A few things that should be considered: 1. It is far from the city and other attractions like temples and excursions, so definitely be prepared for at least a 45 minute- 1 hour drive daily to get back to the hotel. With this in mind, make sure to check how much a grab or taxi driver would charge to make this long trip daily. It was not an issue for our stay as we had a private driver for our time in Chiang Mai, but for those who are not opting for that option, make sure you have transportation figured out prior. However, with that said, the drive is very scenic and relaxing after a long day with lots of things to see going back to the hotel! 2. Bugs. If you are not a fan of critters here and there, you might want to think twice before booking. In a tropical setting like Chiang Mai, bugs should be expected anywhere you stay or eat, and this hotel was no exception. So, be prepared to check your room for critters nightly. 3. The main let down we had with this hotel was the above jacuzzi area. The hotel staff was very helpful and offered to clean leaves out of the area for us (as we stayed in rainy season so a lot of brush from the trees had fallen), however that was not the issue. The jacuzzi was covered in ants (again a tropical environment which could have been due to the rainy season) and the inside of the jacuzzi itself seemed dirty with plaster falling an apart a bit. We were very excited for this area and it was one of the reasons we decided to stay here, so that was a bit disappointing. We will say though, even if it was clean, we would not have had much time to use it anyway, as our days were filled with things to do outside of the hotel, and we were pretty once we got back to the hotel at the end of each day. Overall, it was a great stay and we enjoyed our time here at La Lanna Resort!
