Good for Big groups

This unit is a real bargain. Huge. It has 4 bedrooms n 3 bathrooms. 3 of the rooms have air-conditioning. Master bedroom has 3 queen beds. Other 2 has a queen bed each. Comfortably sleeps 10 with aircond and another 2 with fan. Location wise is ideal for us as we wanted to stay near Paradigm Mall.

Value for money for big groups

This is the cheapest unit for big groups (max 16) that I have found, the rest were like 200+ sgd per night. The unit is very spacious and it was cleaned properly though it's quite old already as it's a bit deteriorated which is expected for aging condos. The bed felt nice and didn't feel itchy and it's not dusty. They also provide children's book and toys. They have a mini billiard table too. Pretty much equipped kitchen with basic items like pan, plates, cups, spoon and forks. It's also very close to Paradigm Mall where we intended to shop and play. Also, this is the only unit that did not take a copy of my passport when booking. I've booked a lot in JB and they usually ask for a passport copy which is sometimes difficult if we want to protect our personal information. The guards will only ask for ID during check-in and that's it. My only comment is that they should replace their bidet, lol, it's very difficult to use as it is not the usual shower type but like a hose (the knob is at the bottom), I tried to use it and I almost wet my clothes too. The shower head is also too high for short people like me, so if you want to hold it, that would be difficult.
