AZURE C4 BEACHPOOL balcony wifi MULTIPLE UNITS

The host is not helpful, we are keep on calling him/her but he did not answer us, and the ids that they need i already sent to them ages ago and they dont answered me and the time that we need to check-in we waited to the property ages ago waiting for the qr code to be sent to us. It takes while and we have kids very tired because from overseas we need to check in but unfortunately the host is not helpful, i really grumpy. ,due to my grumpiness i booked another room where the host was to there assist me, I really had a bad experience of booking that azure!!!!!

Well, going to Azure is no longer enjoyable. They charge 250 pesos per pax for the pool on top of the room accommodation. Time alloted for guests to swim is limited. After booking, you will receive an email asking for the list of guests to be sent via email or viber. You won't receive acknowledgment for the list you sent. They won't answer calls prior to the date of your stay. Of course, you will still visit since your room was already paid. The guard will ask for the qr code which should have been provided prior to your stay. After several attempts, the unit agent finally accepts your call and denied receiving any email or viber message days before your scheduled stay. With this, it will take 2-3 hours before you'll receive the qr code get accommodated. It's not worth your time and stress.

The guard downstairs was rude and the receptionists are slow and inefficient. It takes 4 hours to check in because of too many unnecessary steps that you need to take to get “VERIFIED “. Too crowded, and I think this is an overrated resort. The other nice, empty pools and amenities that they flex on social are for residents only and not accessible to guests. I was disappointed with the entire experience. The resort is only good in pictures, but the experience and services that they provide is very disappointing.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION ! They require you send them your Passport/Id previous to even be able to come to the checkin, once you are there they require you to leave your Passport / Government issued ID with them, they do NOT secure it ! They put your ID right out in the open for your entire stay and leave it where anyone who comes in the building can just reach right over and pick it up putting anyone who stays there at risk for identity theft, fraud and scams, they will not secure your ID !!! If you feel unsafe because of their total incompetence and failure to take safeguards with your ID and cancel your stay they WILL NOT refund your money !!! BEWARE !!!!
