We stayed here while being on standby for our dad that was hospitalized. 1min drive to AUF. 10mins to downtown. We had a good rest here.

Safe, Convenient, and Worth Every Peso ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall, we had a great stay at Regal425 Condotel. The place is safe, clean, and very accessible—it’s conveniently located right beside the PBCOM Angeles branch. A special shoutout to Kuya Kokoy for being incredibly accommodating and helpful. He always made sure we had everything we needed, from drinking water to other essentials. If you’re bringing a motorcycle, he even lets you park it inside the property for added security, which we really appreciated. For its price, it’s definitely worth it and offers great value for money. My only suggestion would be to add a few more kitchen utensils in the room, such as plates and a large serving bowl. They would be very helpful for guests staying longer or those who prefer to order takeout. Overall, I highly recommend Regal425 Condotel and would definitely stay here again!
