Family Room - value for money is okay. Aircon couldnt keep up with the size of the room but it wasnt THAT hot. Just not too cool. Upto 4-5 cars parking. Palengke area so madami mapagbibilihan ng kung ano ano. Bedsheets were not pressed but ok lang, clean enough. Plug/socket only 4pcs in the room. 3 cockroaches were spotted and easily killed off. Sakto lang sta pantulugan. 7/10. Will sleep here again if needed.

it's ok for a night. the location in Binan city proper is good. near a bus terminal and tricycle terminal. the staff were friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was ok, nothing needed cleaning in the room and bathroom, but I do wonder about the beddings. i was able to sleep fine though, and the air-conditioning worked fine. The wifi was passable, not too slow, however it would go out for a couple of seconds.

We stayed here for 2 days. The rooms are spacious but the internet connection is too slow. There are small bugs and the room is a little bit dusty. The linen and towels don't smell fresh like newly laundered. There is no kettle for hot water and no microwave or fridge. It takes time for the room to feel cold since it's big and the AC can't accommodate the whole space. Overall we had a good stay, the staff and guards are nice.

This is a no-frills hotel off a crowded busy street, BUT * it's clean * pleasant staff * hot water shower w/soap * large screen TV BYO toothpaste

spent 2 night dec 23/24 here. very accessible to convenience store, drug store, carinderia, salon and transport terminals. the family (vip room) is very spacious. i would like to suggest that it would be more better to provide drawer/cabinet, mini ref and electric kettle in the room. other than that-everything is good.
