At first I was worried of booking here bcoz of all the reviews. Booking: do not contact them via messenger you will just get disappointed, calling them is also not a good idea. They are not very responsive. I highly recommend booking them online. I think the reason why they don't respond is because that task is also assigned to their front desk who is very busy at all times. Make sure to print your booking confirmation so it will be quicker to check in. You can bring chips or drinks they don't check it. Food is kinda pricey but I'll say it's not that bad. It taste good Alot of walking and climbing up and down the stairs if your room is not close to the main bldg. Be very patient if you do not have blankets and towels yet when you check in, they'll eventually bring it later. The pool is very nice and warm even at night. The activities are pricey but nevertheless we had fun. I like how quiet and you can hear birds chirping that can make you feel relax. To sum it all up we had fun and wished to stay longer. Hoping they crate a ramp for easy access for thos ewho have wheelchair or have knee problem

It’s good to stay in Bakasyunan it’s big but the hotel room area is not good when you have a babies like me because you need to walk.. It’s far in the Pool area and restaurant and also they don’t have a wifi in their rooms you need to stay in the restaurant to connect to their wifi. I suggest to improve their facilities like a wifi in the room so that the guest will not go up and down going to the restaurant. They need a lot to improve when it comes to hotel room because it’s pricey but not totally worth it.

Maganda ang place perfect for me ,but yung napunta na room samin sa side view sira pinto ,madumi Cr siguro dahil matagal na ,but staff good sila , restaurant matagal ma process ang food even kayo lang naman tao pero masarap ang luto nila..

Thank you, Bakasyunan! Swimming pools are nice and everywhere. Food in the restaurant is great. However, the signal in the TV inside our room is not working. We have to request the bath tub stopper because its not there when we stayed. Close to nature, lots of tress everywhere. You have to go up the front desk when you need anything. No phone inside the rooms. Other than those, we enjoyed our stay.
