One of the cheapest (homestay) accommodations in Agoda. Delayed replies on in-app messaging, nobody was picking up my calls when contacted via their posted mobile nos. Could be tricky locating them in the area since entrance/facade is in an alley, but good thing the Google Maps pin was accurate. Had to compare the facade photos in Maps vs the actual houses in the neighborhood. Has a little glimpse of Mt. Bulusan from their terrace. Reception: 2/5 (needs to be responsive) Cleanliness: 3/5 Homestay ammenities (drinking water, kitchen tools/utensils, trash cans, internet): 4/5 Water pressure: 3/5 Price: 3/5 (like airbnb pricing in some places in the urban) Location: 4/5 (near town center)

Needs improvement

The room we booked (family room) is not available. We were given a room with 2 bunk beds. We don't have any choice but to stay there since it's almost midnight when we arrived. No signage, Waze pointed the correct location but there were no signage outside to guide guests. It just happened that one of the tenants was outside when we arrived and I asked from him. If he was not out, we will definitely find a hard time looking for the place. Aircon lacks cold, it's underpowered for the room size. No water in the morning, we were not able to take a bath. Sliding door for the CR is not working well. Contact number given cannot be reached. It mentions of a car park but the slot was occupied by an improperly parked tenant, as a result- I park on the street. This homestay need improvement in all aspects.

Not worth it

Una, mahihirapan kang hanapin kasi wala silang signage sa labas ng gate. Kahit maliit na print lang di pa nila magawa. Pangalawa, palaging nawawala ang tubig. Lalo sa umaga kung kailan kailangan mong gamitin. Kung meron man, katiting lang ang patak. Pangatlo, ang hirap buksan at isara ng sliding door nila sa CR. Magigising ang kasama mong tulog na kapag bumangon ka sa gabi para umihi. Pang-apat, hindi accommodating ang staff nila.
