We have stayed in several hotels in Phnom Penh, this hotel is good enough for location near Independent Monument, lots of cafes, restaurants etc... Swimming Pool & Sauna with reasonable rate is the best reason we choose this hotel. There is No Shower Facility in the area of Swimming Pool & Out door Sauna, only toilet is not enough for the guest who use Sauna especially. Anyway good enough as proper price.

Very good

A bit of a mixed bag, this hotel. I was left with a rather mixed impression. I’ll start with the aesthetic. In some ways the industrial chic look is very apt for this modern suburb, but it was let down by the poor finishing and execution. The wooden details in particular were poor quality and the floor of my room, beneath the glued carpet, felt and sounded like broken floorboards. I felt sorry for whoever was in the room below. I can best describe the appearance of other areas of the hotel as a steampunk prison. The bar/ restaurant on the top floor looked very nice but it was unfortunately closed on the night I went there (a Sunday). The service was variously very good, poor, and indifferent. I didn’t see anyone who appeared to be in a managerial or supervisory role., which may explain the apparent lack of direction. No complaints at all about the housekeeping, however. Aside from the build quality, my room was generally excellent with a large, very comfortable bed, great shower, plenty of room, and a huge TV. There was a large balcony, overlooking the street, but it was completely empty and the space is wasted. It also acted as a bit of a noise funnel. The location is pretty good - if you want to be in BKK1. Bassac Street/ Lane is a couple of blocks away. There’s a lively sports bar close by - which may be an annoyance or a benefit, depending on your perspective. There does tend to be quite a lot of street noise; it reminded me of Da Nang, with the sound of vendors on motorcycles at all times of the day and night. Overall, not unhappy about staying here but probably won’t return to this particular hotel or suburb.

Check in process can be a bit awkward as staff doesn’t explain facilities or amenities that well. It lacks a bit of liveliness in terms of a main seating area or something like that. I haven’t used the pool yet but it looks really nice. Staff are generally very kind and supportive. Rooms are beautiful and really quite new. Housekeeping could use slight improvement as they forget some dust in areas but it’s nothing major. Really wish some of the shower amenities were a bit better quality for the price. But overall I have no real complaints because the staff is lovely and the rooms are super comfy. Would definitely come again

The rooms were comfortable. Staff service was good. They were attentive and carried sincere smiles. We also enjoyed the rooftop garden that gave the city view.
